SuccessFactors Project Manager

We are looking for a SuccessFactors Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Gathering requirements and writing specification and functional design documents
- Collaborating with the functional and technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure solutions effectiveness
- Appling standards tools, methods, processes and techniques to meet specific client requirements
- Taking charge on continuous Improvements and enhancements in the system
- Supporting the delivery of the non-technical aspects of changes – this will include user adoption and change management
- Creating open communication channels with your stakeholders to inform, update and build trust by developing strong relationships
Requirements
- At least 3 year of SAP SuccessFactors project management experience – must
- Experienced with recruitments module– must
- Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle large scale project- must
- Good understanding of the business processes analysis
- An inquisitive mindset with natural curiosity and keen to get to the root of problems
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Fluent English
